- Work closely with experienced Fee Earners on a varied caseload of non‑contentious construction matters.
- Gain exposure to high‑value regional and national development and construction projects.
- Advise and support a diverse client base including developers, contractors and commercial organisations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across other practice areas, including commercial property.

- Solicitor with approximately 1–3 years’ PQE and experience in non‑contentious construction matters.
- Strong understanding of core construction law principles with a genuine interest in developing within this area.

- Collaborative, organised and capable of managing competing priorities effectively.
