Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the evolution of research and analytics platforms used across investment teams.
- Improving research workflows, tooling and platform scalability.
- Partnering with investment stakeholders to understand evolving technology needs.
- Helping define platform strategy, architecture and delivery priorities.
- Balancing internal platform development with external vendor capabilities.
- Building and developing high-performing engineering and platform teams over time.
The business is looking for someone with strong platform and engineering leadership experience within financial services or investment environments, ideally supporting analytics, research or data-driven workflows at scale.
