Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day maintenance, security and smooth operation of the school premises
• Opening and closing the school site
• Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance
• liaising with contractors
• monitoring health and safety procedures
• ensuring the school environment remains safe, clean, and well‑presented at all times

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills
• A hands‑on approach
• Ability to work independently while supporting the wider school community
• Previous experience within a school setting desirable
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance procedures
