Job Description:

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Optimising the operation and control of electrical and steam generation plant.
  • Comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental Management Control.
  • Managing Planned Preventive Maintenance activities.
  • Developing the application of their operations team.
  • Planning, prioritising and organising site requirements.
  • Ensuring quality standards are adhered to in line with company and client requirements.
  • Energy Management of installation and regular review of run regimes.
  • Monthly reporting and meeting with client management.
  • Ensuring all contractual deliverables and KPIs are met.
  • Assisting Veolia Management and Engineering teams in identifying continuous improvement projects.
  • Highly motivated, self‑supervising and flexible in their work patterns.
  • Formally qualified – Minimum of HNC or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Experienced in the maintenance and management of modern power plant (gas turbines experience would be a distinct advantage).
  • Able to undertake position of responsibility.
  • An excellent communicator at all levels.
  • Computer literate in Word/Excel/Gmail.
