Location: Newbury (Hybrid, 2 Days Per-Week On Site)

We are partnering with a growing professional training and workforce development organisation that is seeking an experienced individual to support the administration, compliance, and quality assurance of a Level 4 apprenticeship programme within the project management sector.

This position combines operational oversight, learner administration, funding compliance, and quality assurance responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring apprenticeship delivery remains compliant, efficient, and audit-ready while supporting learners throughout their programme journey.

Key Responsibilities

Funding & Compliance Administration

  • Produce and submit monthly learner funding data accurately and within required deadlines
  • Manage learner status changes including pauses in learning, withdrawals, and programme completions in accordance with funding regulations
  • Monitor apprenticeship funding systems to ensure payments are processed correctly and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate learner records and ensure reporting systems remain up to date and compliant
  • Stay informed of changes to apprenticeship funding and compliance requirements and implement necessary process updates

Quality Assurance & Programme Oversight

  • Support internal quality assurance activities across apprenticeship delivery and associated qualifications
  • Prepare documentation, evidence, and reporting data for audits, inspections, and external reviews
  • Keep current with developments relating to Level 4 apprenticeship standards and liaise with relevant sector and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure learner enrolment processes are completed smoothly and in line with compliance expectations
  • Coordinate end-point assessment processes from gateway approval through to completion

Learner & Stakeholder Support

  • Respond to learner queries relating to programme administration and compliance matters
  • Work collaboratively with delivery staff, quality teams, and external stakeholders to maintain programme standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational and compliance processes

Candidate Profile

  • Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Experience within apprenticeship delivery, training operations, or education compliance
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship funding and compliance requirements
  • The ability to remain calm and accurate when working under pressure

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience supporting apprenticeship programmes within a regulated environment
  • Familiarity with inspection or quality assurance frameworks
  • Internal quality assurance qualification (Level 4 or equivalent)
  • Education to A-Level standard or comparable qualification

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary in the region of £38,000 depending on experience
