We are specifically seeking an ACA Qualified (ICAEW / ICAS) finance professional with strong technical and commercial capability, alongside experience operating within acquisitive, leveraged and complex group structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Group consolidations across multiple statutory entities
- Financial reporting and monthly / quarterly stakeholder reporting
- Treasury, cashflow and lender management
- Exposure to both senior and junior debt structures
- FP&A and commercial analysis
- Tax oversight and governance
- Systems, process improvement and finance transformation
- Building and leading high‑performing finance teams
- Raising standards, controls and operational excellence across the function
The business is seeking an individual with high standards, strong leadership capability and the ability to operate effectively within a demanding, high‑growth environment.
Candidates should be technically strong, commercially aware, systems savvy and comfortable operating with pace, visibility and accountability.
Package includes:
