Associate Director – Finance Transformation

Finance Strategy within Finance Transformation at Deloitte is a trusted partner to CFOs, delivering complex finance transformations across Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and Investment Management & Wealth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Deep understanding of finance transformation engagements within financial services.
• Practical knowledge of how data modelling, analytics and AI can enhance delivery of finance transformations and drive efficiency, effectiveness and enhanced controls.
• Strong working knowledge of ideation to execution for AI solutions.
• Understanding of key vendor offerings across finance functional areas.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation engagements with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Educated at degree level, or equivalent experience.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Data/analytics/AI experience.
• Proven track record of success in demanding finance roles within financial services or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and lead new business opportunities, including proposal development and pitching to clients.
• Proven ability to plan, manage and deliver high quality projects, with strong financial acumen and people leadership.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across finance and technology functions.

You will be a highly entrepreneurial self‑starter. This role is critical to the continued growth and success of the Finance Strategy team and will play a part in building, developing and inspiring this community.

You will lead large-scale transformation engagements, delivering high quality projects, managing stakeholders, driving the adoption of data and AI solutions, and fostering the growth of the practice.
