Salary: £38,332 – £39,558 plus a location allowance of £1,750 and excellent benefits
Location: Based in Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes with flexibility for 60% hybrid work

Responsibilities:
- Support our Oracle Finance modules and manage change
- Lead on Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, General Ledger, reporting and Oracle Time & Labour
- Deliver medium‑sized projects and ensure the team’s expertise and skills are fully and appropriately developed
- Manage, develop and aid the personal progression of a B3 SME
- Keep abreast of changes in the FCDO Services’ business environment and functional Oracle developments
- Provide ‘Helpdesk’ assistance, answering queries and offering expert guidance to our Hera users
- Develop friendly working relationships with other SMEs, key business associates and external stakeholders
- Ensure that Hera change control processes are followed at all times
- Manage own professional development and enhance knowledge of the Oracle Financials applications used by FCDO Services
Qualifications:
- Well‑developed experience in a finance function
- Practical understanding of at least two Oracle Finance modules
- Ability to manage business change
- Part‑qualified CCAB, CIMA or equivalent
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and highly motivated team worker
- Staff management experience desirable
- Familiarity with project management and the commercial world desirable
- Up‑to‑date understanding of Artificial Intelligence a plus
- Knowledge of tax and financial accounting desirable
- Experience working in a project delivery organisation with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders desirable
