About the role
As a Care Home Clinical Lead at Barchester, you will use your compassion and experience to deliver clinical care to the high standards we are known for. You will ensure our care meets all regulations by overseeing the creation of care plans, implementing rigorous safeguarding policies, and making critical clinical decisions. You will manage projects and evolve care levels to meet residents’ needs while updating the team with the latest clinical developments through coaching, training, and mentoring.
About you
You are a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. Experience in gerontology and a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines are important. You are dedicated, motivational and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, having demonstrated successful clinical mentorship and performance management.
