Role Responsibilities
- Lead and develop strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts.
- Strategise and oversee the delivery of impactful experiential and event campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Manage account budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial targets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including creative, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide insightful consultation to clients, understanding their brand vision and translating it into memorable experiences.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support new client acquisition efforts.
- Maintain industry awareness to ensure the agency remains innovative and competitive.
About You
- Proven experience in Client Services, preferably within a Brand Experience, Events, or Experiential agency environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Finance savvy with experience managing budgets and financial forecasts.
- A creative thinker with a passion for delivering innovative brand experiences.
- Driven, proactive, and client‑focused with a results‑oriented approach.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in experiential marketing and events.
Compensation & Benefits
