Senior Growth & Performance Manager – Central London

Location: Central London

Hybrid: 2 days a month in the office

The role:

A fast-growing digital platform is seeking a Senior Growth & Performance Manager to lead acquisition and performance marketing across all channels. This is a high-impact, senior position ideal for someone with a blend of strategic vision and hands‑on execution. The successful candidate will own the growth roadmap, optimise campaigns, and drive measurable user and revenue growth in a fast-paced online environment.

This role requires a roll-your-sleeves-up mindset, a bias for action, and the ability to execute quickly while building scalable solutions. The Senior Growth & Performance Manager will also mentor a small team, innovate across channels, and act as a trusted marketing partner across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies, including paid media, SEO, AEO, programmatic, affiliates, creator‑led, offline, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and optimise acquisition engines, using data‑driven experiments to improve CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and LTV/CAC.
  • Lead day‑to‑day campaign execution, rapidly iterating and scaling winning ideas.
  • Partner with SEO & AEO Manager to maximise organic search visibility and leverage AI‑powered discovery channels.
  • Analyse performance, develop dashboards, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate across Product, Tech, BI, and Brand to optimise user journeys and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and mentor the SEO & AEO Manager, fostering a high‑performance, growth‑oriented culture.
  • Explore emerging technologies and channels to continuously improve acquisition performance.

Person profile:

  • Proven track record in acquisition, growth, or performance marketing within fast‑growth tech companies or online platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of paid media, SEO, experimentation frameworks, and funnel analytics.
  • Experience building or scaling acquisition engines from scratch.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel/Sheets and analytical tools.
  • Hands‑on, results‑driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of the digital marketplace or classified ads sector is a plus.
