Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Bootle, for a Joinery Manager at Joseph Parr Builders Merchants Liverpool. The Joinery Manager will oversee daily joinery operations, manage stock and supplies, coordinate with suppliers and vendors, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. Responsibilities include leading a team of staff, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the achievement of sales and profitability targets. The role also involves organizing work schedules, fire door quotation, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining product quality standards.
