Job Details
You will be recognised as the ambassador for IT & Technology Services, leading new product and service initiatives from early concept through to launch and continuous improvement.
- Shaping propositions and presenting at the Apogee Technical Steering Group (TSG) that improve sales, delivery, service, onboarding, and end‑user experiences.
- Translating customer insight into scalable, differentiated offerings that make sense commercially and can be delivered and supported.
- Ensuring propositions are easy to understand, buy, deploy, and support – internal & external contexts are super important here.
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one‑hour lunch break.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Product Management or Product Marketing within IT / Technology Services, ideally within a managed services environment.
- CIM qualification, Business degree, or Project Management qualification desirable, alongside strong practical project management experience.
- Proven experience managing products or propositions throughout the full lifecycle, balancing customer needs, commercial value, and operational delivery/improvement.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse data and present insights clearly.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and work to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels including Account Managers, Sales Leadership, ELT Board members, Operations, Marketing, and external partners.
- Strong relationship‑building and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and confidently present to senior stakeholders.
- Analytical and detail‑oriented, with a structured and problem‑solving mindset.
- Experience managing deliverables, timelines, products, and/or events with clear accountability for outcomes.
- Calm and effective under pressure, able to adapt within a fast‑moving and evolving business environment.
- Flexible and willing to travel across the UK to Apogee offices, customer sites, vendor locations, and events as required.
