Quality Assurance Officer

Waverley Court

Salary: £47,639 – £56,392

Hours: 36 per week

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join a small team that provides quality assurance and improvement support to managers in Children’s Services, Justice Services and the Health and Social Care Partnership. The postholder will ensure services meet regulatory/practice standards and legal requirements, drive improvement in service delivery and care quality, audit case records, analyse performance data and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
