Opportunity for shared parental payBonus schemeFlexible benefits and working culture to support your wellbeing and lifestyle.We’re looking for a driven and highly capable Regulatory Delivery Lead to join our Bioresources team-leading the delivery of critical regulatory and compliance programmes that protect the environment and keep our operations running safely and effectively.What you’ll be doingLeading complex, high-risk programmes driven by regulatory, environmental and operational requirements (e.g. IED)Turning regulatory commitments into clear, deliverable plans across operational and capital teamsActing as the key link between Operations, Asset Delivery, technical specialists and regulatorsOverseeing delivery progress, risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomesEmbedding compliance through robust assurance, audits and performance monitoringEngaging with stakeholders including the Environment Agency to maintain regulatory confidenceWhat we’re looking forStrong experience delivering complex programmes or projectsSound understanding of environmental permitting and regulatory frameworks within Water Recycling (or similar industries)Ability to influence and communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholdersA proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the confidence to challenge and drive improvementStrong analytical and IT skills (including MS Office and data handling)Full UK driving licenceDesirable:Leadership or operational experience in water recycling or process industriesKnowledge of H&S and process safetyExperience of managing change or compliance programmesThis isn’t a traditional project role. You’ll own the end-to-end outcome-from mobilisation through to embedding compliance and providing assurance that standards are sustained.
