About The Role

The Delivery Lead is accountable for mobilising and delivering Quanta Group’s strategic transformation agenda, ensuring priority initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

The Delivery Lead is pivotal in ensuring the business areas are ready to accept change, bridging the gap between the project and the business to ensure change delivers impactful benefits. You will lead and coordinate business readiness activities across Wealthtime’s strategic transformation programmes, ensuring seamless adoption of platform enhancements and business changes.

This role will play a key part in the Platform Transformation programme, with a focus on migration and you will work closely with Operational Business Analysts, Project Managers, wider business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to effectively deliver and embed change.

This role is on an initial 12-month fixed term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and execution of business readiness activities across Transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive adoption and support them in roll out to teams and the external market.
  • Develop go-live readiness plans for the workstreams and post-implementation support/hypercare strategies.
  • Support the project teams with migration and cutover activities which may be across multiple departments.
  • Work in collaboration with third party suppliers to ensure alignment of delivery objectives across the programme.
  • Work with the Programme Manager / Project Manager to ensure Go Live readiness governance approach & stage gate criteria is clearly defined and implemented.
  • Work with functional business areas and Business Analysts within Transformation to assess change and identify solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Work in collaboration with communication teams to ensure that communication channels are factored into business readiness activity planning.
  • Work in collaboration with Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure dependencies and interdependencies between workstreams are planned for accordingly.
  • Apply consistent project methodologies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of change management practices and the end to end delivery process.

Essential

  • Strong understanding of Wealth Management industry, specifically Investment Platforms
  • Excellent drive with ability to work unsupervised and under own initiative
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
  • Adaptable and open to learning
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented
  • Can‑do attitude, eager to contribute to team success and strategic objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and change management tools

  • Platform Migration experience
  • Experience working with outsourced Platform providers (FNZ, SS&C, GBST)
