About the Role
We are based in WN8 8DY. We are looking for a strong warehouse team to work 11.5‑hour shifts over 4 days with 4 days off. You will be picking stock for customers in a fast‑paced environment using a handheld scanner. Training will be provided to show you our process and expectations.
We have free on‑site parking and full on‑site catering facilities. The environment is nurturing.

Responsibilities
- Picking and packing high‑demand, fast‑moving consumer products.
- Using hand‑held scanners to follow pick routes and scan items.
- Keeping up with performance targets in a supportive team environment.
- Training and hand‑holding during the first 4 weeks (Monday‑Thursday, 1 pm‑12:30 am).
Pay & Shifts
Pay:
- £13.00+ per hour days.
- £13.65 per hour nights.
- Enhanced night rates.
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off (great work‑life balance). Day shift: 06:00 – 18:00. Night shift: 18:00 – 06:00. Perfect for anyone wanting a balanced shift pattern with predictable, long‑term work.
