You will build autonomous AI agents that handle the work of outbound sales pipelines, moving beyond simple tools to deliver end-to-end results. As one of the first engineers at this post-seed startup, you will design and ship foundational systems including dialer infrastructure and automated prospecting engines that drive revenue for Fortune 500 customers.

What You Will Do

• Rebuild core dialer infrastructure from scratch, placing AI agents at the center of the communication loop to handle autonomous interactions.
• Develop AI Inbound SDR systems capable of autonomously converting thousands of monthly callbacks into qualified meetings for global enterprise clients.
• Architect intelligence layers that generate post-call insights and prospecting engines using custom scraping and AI qualification pipelines to find leads.

The ideal candidate

• Has 3-6+ years of professional fullstack experience, specifically with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, and a computer science degree from a top-tier university.
• Demonstrates a history of shipping end-to-end systems at high-calibre tech companies like Stripe, Revolut, or FAANG, or within high-growth startup environments.
• Possesses builder instincts with experience in AI/LLM implementations such as RAG systems or autonomous agents, and is comfortable owning features from scope to deployment.
