We’re looking for a hands‑on First Line IT Support Engineer to join a fast‑paced, customer‑focused team supporting warehouse operations. You’ll provide first‑line IT support, maintain systems uptime, and ensure colleagues have the tools they need to work effectively.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver responsive onsite IT support for hardware, software, and bespoke systems.
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and cabling.
- Log, manage, and escalat(e) service desk tickets while keeping users informed.
- Support IT projects, system rollouts, and process improvements.
