Join Our Team – Full‑Time Rotating Shift Operative (Castle Donington)

We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team in Castle Donington on a full‑time, mandatory rotating shift pattern. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in meeting daily goals.

Shift Pattern (Mandatory Weekly Rotation)

• Early Shift: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00
• Late Shift: Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:00
• You must be able to work both shifts as part of the rotation.

Pay Rate: £14.66 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing products accurately
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Following all safety and quality procedures
