Overview
The Business Development Executive, UK and Nordics is a strategic, market-facing sales leader responsible for accelerating DriveWealth’s expansion and commercial success in a priority international region. This role owns the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting Tier‑1 global institutions and cultivating C‑level relationships to negotiating complex, multi‑year commercial agreements. Success is measured by executing go‑to‑market strategies that establish a dominant local presence, drive significant revenue growth, and act as the primary internal voice for enterprise partners to ensure product‑market fit and long‑term firm stability.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full business development lifecycle for Tier‑1 global institutions, focusing on high‑value partners that align with our long‑term growth strategy.
- Serve as a credible consultant to C‑level executives at global banks, digital wallets, and brokerage firms, aligning DriveWealth’s infrastructure with their broader commercial goals.
- Lead the negotiation of complex, multi‑year commercial agreements, ensuring that terms are mutually beneficial, operationally viable, and legally sound.
- Gather intelligence and execute go‑to‑market strategies in priority international regions to establish a dominant local presence.
- Act as the voice of the enterprise partner internally, working with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure our roadmap supports the requirements of the world’s most sophisticated financial entities.
- Represent DriveWealth at executive‑level industry events and conferences to strengthen our market position and cultivate a high‑quality pipeline.
You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales in Financial Services/Fintech/Investment Banking/Brokerage industries (preferred).
- Understanding of brokerage financial services and investing products.
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail‑oriented, working in a structured environment.
- Superior verbal and written communications with the ability to meet, present, and sell to C‑level executives.
- Self‑starter who can work independently but collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to travel internationally in the region to prospect or partner meetings.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, D&B Hoover, LinkedIn).
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- A data‑driven mindset to conduct research and make informed decisions.
- Series 7 preferred.
- A track record of ownership and disciplined execution in high‑stakes environments.
- The ability to prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on what’s critical versus important, to drive work to completion.

Compensation
This role is eligible for base salary, performance bonus, equity, a 401(k) match, and heavily subsidized benefits and perks.
