Small team of PAs required to support a lady within her own home – KB-DCC-001

An all-female team is required to meet the personal care needs involved in this role.

The role involves providing support with personal care, including assistance with dressing and washing. Duties also include occasionally changing bedding and towels, helping to maintain a clean, comfortable, and dignified environment. There will be additional support from a Personal Assistant (PA) for one hour to assist with moving and handling tasks. The role requires a caring, respectful, and reliable approach to supporting daily living needs.

• Provide support with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner
• Assist with washing and dressing as required
• Support with moving and handling, working safely and in line with guidance
• Assist with a light lunch (usually pre-made), including preparation support if needed
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment during care tasks
• Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing at all times
