About the Role

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation.
• Set and achieve performance targets in a commercial, operationally efficient and safe environment.
• Demonstrate a hands‑on approach by working alongside the team and supporting sales floors and store management.
• Create an atmosphere that motivates and supports your team to perform at their best.
• Continuously improve stockroom processes, identify solutions and maintain the highest stock processing standards.
• Ensure the beautifully presented stock is available to customers as quickly as possible.
