About the role
You will provide visible leadership across frontline housing services, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery while supporting teams to manage complex cases and deliver sustainable tenancy outcomes. Reporting into the Housing Neighbourhood Operations Manager, you will:
- Drive service performance and deliver against key KPIs
- Oversee complex or escalated cases, ensuring consistent and proportionate decision-making
- Use data, KPIs and insight to monitor and improve service delivery
- Lead, coach and develop staff, creating a high-performing and accountable team culture
- Ensure services are compliant, well-documented and audit-ready
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in tenancy management, income collection and neighbourhood services
- The ability to lead, motivate and performance manage frontline teams
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, ASB and tenancy enforcement
- Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills
- A customer-focused, solutions-driven approach to service delivery
