Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bath. The role involves managing day-to-day activities related to the production, marketing, or sales of Bart Ingredients’ products. Responsibilities may include coordinating with teams, ensuring product quality, overseeing operations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes to meet company goals. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and ensuring the adherence to company values and standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of product management, inventory control, or supply chain processes
- Experience in marketing, brand management, or sales within the food or spice industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing tasks and processes effectively
- Background in quality assurance, food safety standards, or regulatory compliance is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred
