A growing specialist consultancy within the housing and property sector is looking for a Junior / Intermediate Data Processor / Developer to join its team in Farnham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong IT or technical background who enjoys working with data, databases, and process improvement. The role combines data processing, database management, and software development, offering hands‑on exposure across a variety of systems and operational projects within a small, collaborative business.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and maintain large datasets accurately and efficiently
• Develop and improve internal tools, scripts, and workflow automation solutions
• Manage databases and ensure data integrity and consistency
• Support operational teams with technical and reporting solutions
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Troubleshoot data, database, and technical issues as required
• Maintain clear documentation of systems and processes

Skills & Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Access
• Good understanding of databases and SQL querying
• Experience with VBA, Python, or other programming languages
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience working with large datasets
• Understanding of automation and process improvement
• Familiarity with reporting or workflow tools
• Interest in AI‑assisted development or automation technologies
