About the Role
In this role, you will combine collaboration, analytical thinking, and project leadership to support process owners in delivering improvements across the business. A key focus will be improving and standardising processes that are currently not fully documented while supporting projects that align operations with wider business goals. The role goes beyond traditional lean process management and includes using data to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation. You will help promote the value of process improvement across the organisation and support teams in adopting new ways of working. The position requires an adaptable approach and the ability to work in a fast‑moving, competitive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Implement process improvement initiatives and oversee business process optimisation as a lead.
- Deliver complex projects, manage stakeholders, and coordinate technical resources.
- Collaborate across multiple functional teams (IT and business) and build effective working relationships.
- Support teams through organisational change and manage change‑management initiatives.
- Manage and improve end‑to‑end business processes across Aston Martin, identifying opportunities for efficiency and performance enhancement.
- Lead Execution Management System projects to deliver measurable value and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a lead role overseeing business process optimisation.
- Strong record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives.
- In‑depth knowledge of business process management methodologies and tools, including process mapping.
