Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: YorkSalary: £27,500.00 – £32,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from winning new business to placing candidates and developing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen and interview candidates to match client requirements
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
- Advertise roles, search CV databases, and utilise social media channels
- Meet and exceed individual revenue and activity targets
- Provide expert advice on market trends and hiring strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a competitive and resilient mindset
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude
