You’ll receive hands‑on mentoring from experienced consultants and our Learning & Development team, while building real world recruitment and sales experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Cold calling
- Developing new business opportunities
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Conducting interviews and candidate qualification
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Working towards targets in a rewarding sales environment
