Responsibilities:
We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding business, you will be involved in full cycle of technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate and close offers for mid to senior level professionals. On another end, you will also be exposed to conduct Business Development activities to partner with new clients and hire the best talent in the market. This opportunity will also allow you to gain commercial knowledge and apply it on a daily basis.
Requirement:
Individuals who love to challenge themselves and are interested to discover the world of recruitment. No prior experience in recruitment or technology is required for the role, we welcome graduates who are keen to kickstart their career in a Sales role, or experienced professionals who are keen for a career switch to a sales based environment where effort and results will be compensated for accordingly. It will be a plus if you are from Sales background, and/or CEI certified.
What can you expect?
All new joiners will be put through a comprehensive training program at the beginning of their journey with TRG, after which, they will be supported by a Senior Consultant or VP’s for on the job training and guidance to familiarize themselves with the recruitment process. We’ve also invested in technology such as our internal Salesforce CRM.
