My client isa main contractor specialising in multi-million new build projects. They arecurrentlyseeking a freelanceDesignManager for a commercialscheme in Nottingham.
As Design Manager on this project, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Attending and contributing todesign meetings
- Liaising with clients, architects and external consultants
- Managing site audits and creating proactive risk assessments
- Ensuring sub-contractor compliance with client specifications
- Ensuring project completion in line with programme
- Value engineering/ resolving technical and design issues
