Job Description
As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will act as a Growth Orchestrator, pioneering an AI-native marketing model to scale customer acquisition. Managing high-budget paid media, SEO, and affiliate programs, you will direct AI agents to automate research and execution while you focus on high-level channel strategy and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Bing, directing AI agents to iterate on creative and targeting.
- Oversee the SEO and affiliate programs in collaboration with external agency partners, driving organic visibility and incremental revenue growth.
- Lead CRO initiatives across conversion touchpoints, utilizing agent‑generated insights to run rigorous A/B tests and optimize landing page performance.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles with hands‑on expertise managing high‑scale Google and Meta Ads budgets.
- Deep commercial acumen with a proven ability to translate complex channel metrics into blended CAC, MER, and tangible business impact.
- A tech‑forward mindset with a willingness to integrate AI tools like Claude into daily workflows to achieve massive operational leverage.
