We’re looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our London team based in our central London office. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high‑quality design solutions while managing key relationships with clients and consultants. Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating design activities across multiple projects.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams and consultants.
- Ensuring design compliance with regulations, standards and project specifications.
- Managing design programmes and monitoring progress against key milestones.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional development.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience in design management within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Confident managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering or a related field.
- Passion for delivering quality outcomes and supporting team success.
