Maintenance Engineer – Solihull 13.21 Per Hour / Occasional Worker AgreementAre you the kind of person who can fix just about anything and will find joy in making sure things run smooth in our Hotels? We are looking for someone who can respond to all engineering service calls, giving priority to guest requests while maintaining a safe, resourceful and well‑maintained hotel environment. You’ll work closely with the maintenance team and other departments to deliver excellent customer service. Get ready to embark on a thrilling adventure in the world of maintenance, where no problem is too big, and no wrench is too small.We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need maintenance coverage that matches this. Our maintenance team works a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. Shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview. Responsibilities
- Respond to all engineering service calls, giving priority to guest requests while ensuring the hotel environment remains safe, resourceful and well‑maintained.
- Work closely with the maintenance team and other departments to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain flexibility to cover shifts across a 7‑day, 365‑day schedule as required.
