We are looking for an M&E Supervisor who will supervise service delivery and team/individual performance within M&E teams, acting as a first point of contact for Site FM and employees.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist the Facilities Manager and Account Manager in supervising and delivering a range of planned, reactive and project works
- Work collaboratively with the client, engineering and support teams to meet all contract requirements, KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service
- Work with the planning team to deliver preventative planned maintenance and reactive works, including reducing WIP historical works
- Provide line management to a team of engineers including coaching, mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential
- Take a proactive approach to customer care, resolving day‑to‑day issues and escalating where required
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in an Electrical and/or Mechanical discipline
- IOSH Managing Safely (training can be provided)
- Experience in people management and supervisory roles
- Good understanding of health and safety, permit to work procedures and safe systems of working (including RAMS)
