You’ll actively contribute to a variety of projects, gaining invaluable experience every step of the way. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Producing designs, calculations, reports, and drawings for new and modified Extra High Voltage (EHV) projects ranging from 11kV to 400kV.
  • Preparing bonding line diagrams, cable rating assessments, induced voltage analyses, short‑circuit force evaluations, thermo‑mechanical thrust calculations, pulling tension assessments, and the development of material specification lists.
  • Contributing to health and safety reviews and hazard identification in accordance with the CDM regulations, also focusing on sustainability and environmental compliance.

  • 2:1 in a relevant engineering degree, such as Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
