Our onboarding starts with a friendly conversation. All engineers must be insured and carry equipment calibrated at least once a year. In return, we provide an engineer handbook, a contract for services, branded clothing, labels and technical support.

Job Description
Join our expanding PAT and compliance company based in Newham. The role offers flexible hours and can be part‑time or full‑time. The work ranges from one‑day projects to long‑term contracts.
As a PAT engineer you will:
- Test and assess electrical appliances such as microwaves, kettles and computers to ensure safety.
- Use test instruments, record results in a PAT test report book or electronic system, and provide completion certificates and checklists.
- Inform users of test outcomes, explain when appliances must be repaired or replaced, and advise on safety.
- Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order, keeping certifications up to date in line with regulations.
- Travel to a variety of sites – hospitals, retail outlets, offices – alone or with a team, staying organised and accurate.
This role requires reliability, honesty, and a ‘can‑do’ attitude. It offers the chance to keep workplaces safe and to develop your own expertise in the industry.
