On‑Site Mechanical Installation Engineer — Welding & Fabrication

Site Installation Engineer – Leamington Spa – Circa £44,500 Overtime & Allowances – Permanent

Responsibilities

• Install manufactured and fabricated metal mechanical systems and structures at various sites, such as platforms, staircases, walkways, conveyor systems, etc.
• Fabricate on site where required.
• Follow all permit‑to‑work instructions issued by the Site Duty holders.
• Behave politely and courteously as a representative of the business.
• Maintain and safely use all tools.

Qualifications

• Qualified to a reasonable level (NVQ Level 3) or proven work experience.
• Experience installing mechanical systems on site.
• CSCS card.
• Ability to weld and fabricate from drawings (desirable).
• IPAF licence 3a/3b or equivalent (desirable).
• Able to produce under pressure.
• Comfortable working away from home.
