Senior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

£50,000 – £60,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £65k+)

Frimley within 50-mile radius.

This is a key position within the business, ideal for an experienced engineer looking to step into a more senior role with added responsibility, influence, and long-term progression.

The Role

• Serve as the on‑site engineer handling complex faults, supporting junior engineers, and ensuring high standards across service and maintenance work.
• Service, maintain and fault‑find on commercial refrigeration & AC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support and mentor junior engineers.
• Assist with commissioning and system optimisation.
• Work independently across customer sites.
• Participate in a 1‑in‑7 call‑out rota.
• Use Simpro system for job management and reporting.

What They’re Looking For

• F‑Gas Category 1 certification.
• Strong background in commercial refrigeration & air conditioning.
• Proven experience handling complex faults and large systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support junior engineers.
• Based in or around Hampshire.

Desirable (Not Essential)

• CO₂ experience.
• Commissioning experience.
• Experience with Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems.
• Previous mentoring or supervisory experience.
