Role Description
This is an on-site, contract role based in the South West in a number of locations for a Construction Site Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is performed to meet project specifications, and compliance with safety regulations. You will coordinate with various contractors and stakeholders, manage schedules, and oversee cost control and budgeting. Additionally, you will ensure all phases of construction align with organizational and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Site Management and Construction Site Management
- Strong skills in Planning and in managing project timelines effectively
- Experience with Cost Control and Budgeting to ensure projects remain financially feasible
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards and CDM regulations
- A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field is preferred
