Maintenance Engineer

Location: Huntingdon

Salary: up to £56,000

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, Days and Nights, 7am to 7pm

We are proud to be recruiting for a well-renowned FMCG Manufacturer for a Maintenance Engineer to provide electrical and mechanical support for the site.

Responsibilities

• Repair various manufacturing equipment used for the production of FMCG products including conveyor and distribution systems
• Carry out PPM’s and reactive maintenance
• Attend to machinery breakdowns
• Fault find equipment – electrical and mechanical machinery

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role such as multi-skilled maintenance engineer, shift engineer, shift technician, engineering technician, maintenance technician, or electrical maintenance engineer
• Possess formal Engineering qualifications such as Level 3/NVQ/BTEC in Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Experience of using CMMS or EAM systems
• Proven experience in driving continuous improvement activities
