Warehouse Team Leader – Fast-Paced Ops & Safety Champion

Pay Rate: £30,000 to £35,000 (Dependent on Experience) Grade: N Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday (Rotational Shift) 6am to 2pm & Weekly Rotation 11am to 7pm. • Lead the team – supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient processes.
• Streamline processes – implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure safety – uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations in the workplace.
• Supervise operation – work within clear guidelines to achieve operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area or shift.
• Maintain clear understanding of objectives and KPIs applicable to your position and your team.

• Update daily resource planning for the next shift based on the latest volume and profile information.

• Previous First Line Manager experience is essential.
• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing.
