As the first dedicated QA Engineer at Openr, you will take full ownership of quality for a platform serving 1,500+ venues. You’ll balance immediate manual testing to stabilize existing systems with the strategic architectural design of a long-term automation framework, ensuring seamless data integration across major delivery and EPOS platforms.

What you will do



  • Design and maintain a robust test automation framework from the ground up using Cypress and TypeScript.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define clear acceptance criteria and evolve high-quality delivery standards.


The ideal candidate



  • 3-4 years of QA experience with a strong track record in manual, regression, and exploratory testing.

  • Expert-level hands-on coding abilities in TypeScript specifically for building automation suites with Cypress.

  • Technical proficiency in SQL for data validation and experience testing serverless AWS/Node.js cloud architectures.
