A leading and well-established mechanical building services contractor based in Watford is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver high-profile healthcare projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business with a strong reputation for delivering complex mechanical installations for prestigious healthcare clients. Projects range from refurbishment works through to new-build developments, with values up to £5.5 million.

This is a site-based role, overseeing projects across London.

The Role

• As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover.
• You will manage Healthcare refurbishment and new-build projects.
• Mechanical packages up to £5.5m.
• Programme delivery, labour and subcontractors.
• Client relationships and site coordination.
• Health & safety compliance.
• Procurement and commercial awareness alongside commercial teams.
• Commissioning and project handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services.
• Strong healthcare project experience preferred.
• Experience delivering projects from refurbishments to new builds.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Stable employment background within M&E / mechanical contracting.

Qualifications Required

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Installation
• SMSTS
• SSSTS
