Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Refrigeration Service Engineer based in Huntingdon. The role involves performing maintenance and repair on refrigeration and climate control systems, conducting troubleshooting and diagnostics in the field, and providing technical support to clients. The Refrigeration Service Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring systems are fully operational and for delivering high-quality service to meet customer needs. Regular travel to various client locations may be required as part of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with refrigeration and climate control systems
- Experience in Field Service and working on-site with clients
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Technical Support and guiding clients on system operations
- Knowledge and experience in Maintenance & Repair of refrigeration systems
- Relevant certifications or licenses in refrigeration engineering, including Refrigerant handling and NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between client sites
- Ability to work independently with a focus on delivering reliable and high-quality service
