You may think that a Field Service Engineer sounds technical, and in part it is – but this role is so much more than that. It’s about connecting people with what matters most. You’ll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. No two days are the same. One day you could be installing cutting‑edge broadband in a customer’s home; the next you’re troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online, making their day. You’ll enjoy the freedom of working outside and the opportunity for real job progression. And the best part? You’ll only be working four days out of seven each week.

No experience? No problem. We’ll fully train and support you through a detailed onboarding stage and a dedicated mentor will guide you every step of the way.
