Role Description
This is a full‑time, remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The role involves traveling to client locations to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment in the coffee, vending, bakery, and refrigeration sectors. You will focus on ensuring optimal equipment performance and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to operational standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service operations and Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and peak performance.
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support capabilities to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments and schedules.
- Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
