What we are looking for

Urban&Rural New Homes is expanding, and we are looking for ambitious, motivated and experienced New Homes professionals to join our growing team on a self-employed basis.

Working under the established Urban&Rural New Homes brand, you will have access to an extensive portfolio of developments and a vast network of premium housebuilders across the region. We are proud to work with a large number of respected developers on both exclusive and sole agency contracts, providing our agents with outstanding opportunities and genuine earning potential.

This role is ideal for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or property professional looking for greater flexibility, autonomy and access to high-quality stock and developer relationships.

The Role:

  • Managing buyer enquiries and generating sales leads
  • Conducting viewings and development launches
  • Building relationships with developers and purchasers
  • Managing the sales process from reservation through to completion
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the buyer journey
  • Working proactively to secure sales and maximise opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience within New Homes or Estate Agency
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
