Your Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI‑generated content related to organisational change, turnaround strategy, implementation, and practical change management.
- Assess AI outputs for practical relevance, compliance, and effectiveness in real‑world scenarios.
- Develop realistic turnaround and change scenarios informed by your own professional experience.
- Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives, such as consultant, client, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Identify missing elements, oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI‑generated content.
- In short: apply your expertise to assess, enhance, and guide AI‑generated organisational content so it accurately reflects the complexities and best practices of change management at scale.
About You
- Senior‑level turnaround/change consultant with substantial experience in the EU or UK.
- Demonstrated success advising on, planning, and executing change or turnaround strategies and projects.
- Skilled in evaluating organisational processes, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
- Independent, self‑driven, and able to provide clear, structured feedback.
- Available for 8–20 hours per week and quick to respond.
