Role: Senior Sales Consultant
About the Role
Seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Consultant to join a high-performing Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a target-driven sales professional with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, who is confident supporting and mentoring others while maintaining outstanding customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage and maintain sales pipelines, identifying risks and opportunities
- Ensure accurate and consistent CRM usage throughout the customer journey
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Negotiate sales within agreed parameters and support escalations where required
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying process
- Conduct home demonstrations to a high standard
- Maintain high presentation standards across developments
- Work closely with Marketing and Site teams to support sales performance
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities
- Support onboarding and development of new team members
- Experience in a target-driven sales role (new homes, property, retail or similar)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a sales process from enquiry through to completion
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident IT and administrative skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Experience mentoring or supporting team members
- Understanding of property sales processes and plot progression
